Training to New Full Time / Part time Staff (Admin & Academic) and Students
Full Time Admin Staff:
IT Services staff will have assigned to train the new full time staff for the mentioned Systems:
- Computer Login.
- Email Login.
- Using Secured Shared Drive.
- Using Smart Card for Printing/Scanning/Photocopy.
- IT-Helpdesk e-Ticketing System.
- Smart Class Room Facilities (If necessary).
Full/Part Time Academic Staff:
Head of the academic department will recommend a specific date/time to trained his/her department staff and accordingly one of IT Services staff will be assigned to train the new Full Time/Part Time staff for the mentioned Systems:
- Computer Login.
- Email Login.
- Using Secured Shared Drive.
- Using Smart Card for Printing/Scanning/Photocopy.
- IT-Helpdesk e-Ticketing System.
- Smart Class Room Facilities & Normal Class Room Facilities.
Regarding students training, once IT Services Department announce their accounts in LMS, then students can contact IT Services Department 24*7, by using hot support email "support@aou.org.bh", which will be executed within 24 Hrs. as a maximum time.
