For Staff Support:

1. Login and Ticket Submission:
• Staff must log in to the e-Ticketing Helpdesk system.
  
• They can choose from available templates to describe their issue.
2. Email Option:
• Alternatively, staff can send an email to support@aou.org.bh.
• This email automatically generates an e-ticket.
• Notifications are sent to both the requesting staff member and IT Department Staff.

For Student Support:

1. Email Submission:

• Students need to send an email to support@aou.org.bh for any support issues
• This email also automatically creates an e-ticket.

2. Notifications:

• Students receive a notification about their ticket.
• IT Department Staff are notified about the new ticket.

Follow-Up and Support:

• IT Department Staff:

• Responsible for following up on the issue.
• Track the ticket's progress until it is resolved and closed.

• In-Person Support:
