IT-Helpdesk e-Ticketing System:IT Services department has been implemented e-Ticketing Helpdesk system to support AOU stakeholders (Admin, Academic and students).
For Staff Support, staff needs to login the e-Ticketing Helpdesk system and choose the available template of the issue, or they can send an email on "
support@aou.org.bh", which creates an e-ticket automatically and send a notification to requested staff and IT Services Staff.
However, for the any students support (Example: Password reset, Wifi Issue etc.), then students need to send an email on "
support@aou.org.bh", which creates an e-ticket automatically, and send notification to Student and IT Services Staff.
IT Services Staff will follow-up the concerned issue, and keep-track the ticket until the ticket closed. Staff & Students can also visit IT Services Team Offices (TF041, TF042 & SF036), between 8:00 to 18:00 for any further support.
