AOU-Bahrain has adopted a very successful policy in motivating scientific reserach. The Scientific Reserach Council SRC has worked since day one on motivating reserachers at AOU to publish their scholarship in highly- reputed, peer-reviewed and Scopus-indexed journals . The mission and the vision adopted by the SRC have proved very realistic and matching with the strategic plan of the university.
