The Student Information System (SIS) provides students with 24/7 access to a wide range of university services and online transactions through the web portal and Student Mobile Application.
Students can manage their academic activities, access important academic information, and complete university transactions online, including:
- Academic Advising: View academic advisor information and semester advising details.
- Course Registration: Register for courses, confirm registration, drop courses, or change sections during the designated registration period.
- Student Schedule: View and print the class schedule for the current semester.
- Offered Courses: View the list of courses offered by the University during the academic semester.
- Exam Schedule: View examination details and schedules for registered courses.
- Grades, Transcript and Academic Plan: View detailed grades and marks, access an unofficial academic transcript, and review the academic plan.
- Complaint: Submit complaints related to university matters, excluding grade-related complaints.
- Appeal: Submit an appeal for an official review of academic decisions related to final examination grades or continuous assessment marks for a specific course.
- Exam Postponement: Submit a request to postpone a midterm or final examination.
- Students Services: Submit requests for available student services online. Requests are then forwarded to the relevant department for processing.
- Electronic Payment: View outstanding fees and make payments securely online.
- Personal Information: Update personal and contact information, as permitted by the University.
