The Student Counseling Unit provides professional and confidential support to all enrolled students, offering personalized sessions to address challenges that may affect their academic performance and personal well-being. These challenges can range across various psychological concerns, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety disorders, mood disturbances, and phobias. Our dedicated psychologist is available to provide targeted support to students facing such challenges during their academic journey.
In addition, the unit organizes a variety of general programs and workshops focusing on key developmental areas, such as stress management, self-esteem building, and time management skills, all designed to promote and enrich students’ personal growth.
Counseling sessions are typically short-term, lasting between 45 to 50 minutes, depending on the nature of the program or service. The unit also provides the option of referral to specialized external services partnered with the university, with the student’s consent, when additional support is required.
The unit maintains a firm stance against all forms of violence or bullying directed toward students and is committed to ensuring a safe and supportive campus environment for everyone. For more information regarding related safety policies and regulations, please refer to the links provided below.
