AOU Training, Continuous Education and Community Service Center has developed and implemented this policy as part of our commitment to quality, continual improvement, customer focus, risk management and compliance.
The main objectives of our quality policy are to:

- Increase the efficiency of AOU academic and administrative staff and empower them by training.

- Closely interact with and monitor service providers to maintain highest quality standards.
- Achieve timely delivery as per specification and requirements.
- Attend and resolve complaints in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Progressively reduce customer complaints.
- Ensure continual improvement by setting and measuring objectives, carrying out regular quality audits, undertaking corrective and preventive action and conducting regular reviews by top management.
- Compliance with all legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Identify and address risks and utilize the opportunities.
This policy will be displayed obviously in the training center office and will be available externally to all interested parties on request. It will be kept up to date and will be amended to suit any changes in the size or nature of the training center’s activities.
