Success is not an age-related matter, as every person can set his goals and pursue to achieve them.
Zahra Saeed Al-Noaimi, a 2011 alumnus, has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Administrative Systems) from Arab Open University, Kingdom of Bahrain.
Zahra is a real example of perseverance; a figure known for her outstanding work at the University. When Zahra joined Arab Open University, she was working as a secretary in a translation office in the morning, while attending her lectures in the evening.
While studying at the University, Zahra was particularly known for her contributions in the Peer Assisted Study Sessions, where she actively participated; teaching her low-achieving fellow students, the matter that enabled her to receive special honor and recognition from the University.
At first, however, Zahra faced many challenges that could have stood as serious obstacles in her path. She was a working woman and, at the same time, the mother of five children, one of whom is of special needs. However, her will and determination to pursue a prosperous future helped her to successfully manage both her family and her practical life.
Career-wise, Zahra has held a number of positions, from working in a translation office and then moving to Haji Hassan Group, to Quality Education School and Shoaibi Holdings Company, until she settled in her current job as the branch manager of Kuwait's Resources House (KRH).
In academia, Zahra's ambition has not yet stopped upon receiving her degree, as she has sought to acquire more skills and qualifications, attending a number of various workshops and training courses: specializing in Quality, Management, Human Resources, as well as the Bahraini Employment and Labor Law. Most importantly, she obtained her Master's degree from a U.S. university, and was among the 25 Bahraini people who completed an HRCPC in 2019.
