The successful candidate must have:
- A sequence in the qualifications of Bachelor, Masters and PhD.
- At least 4 years of academic experience.
- Proven records of scientific research skills (Research Philosophy).
- A strong record of effective teaching
- Open University teaching experience is an advantage

The compensation package for this position is competitive and is based on the AOU recruitment policy
