Enhancing Work-Life Balance: Arab Open University Presents Lectures for Alba Employees
In accordance with the collaboration agreement between the Arab Open University and Alba, as part of community services, Ms. Masooma Kadhem, the psychological counsellor at the Arab Open University, delivered lectures titled "Enhancing Work-Life Balance" to supervisors from various departments within the company. The objectives of these lectures were to introduce supervisors to the concept of work-life balance and its importance in the work environment, increase awareness about common pressures in the factory setting and their impact on employees, and discuss strategies and tools for supervisors to effectively assist employees in managing stress.
