Prof. Mohammad Shaaban Ahmad Deyab is a distinguished academician with a Ph.D. in English from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, USA, awarded in 2004. His doctoral research, supervised by Prof. Elizabeth Klaver, focused on "Womanist Discourse in Toni Morrison’s The Bluest Eye (1970), Sula (1974), and Beloved (1987): Analytical and Computational Study". Dr. Deyab has held academic positions at several esteemed institutions, including Minia University, Taibah University, and Badr University in Cairo. He also served as the Managing Editor for the Transcultural Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences. Currently, he is an Associate Professor of English Literature at AOU, Bahrain, and the Head of the Translation Unit.
