A lecturer in the Faculty of Business Studies at the Arab Open University, Bahrain branch. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kuwait University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Arab Open University. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Business Analytics with a focus on Finance at the University of Bahrain.
With ten years of teaching experience in the Ministry of Education, combined with training experience, I have developed a robust academic foundation and strong social skills necessary for teaching and training various business-related subjects.
I have actively participated in well-recognized conferences in Bahrain and have published papers that explore finance and organizational bankruptcy. The work notably employs machine learning tools to analyze these topics contributing to the field’s understanding of financial distress and predictive analytics.

I was accountable for approximately four classes each
semester, responsible
for daily lesson content preparation. I used to monitor each
student individually and
take necessary actions to address their areas of weakness.
Additionally, I
developed lesson plans in accordance with the approved

student progress reports, and participated in meetings with
the schoolʼs head.
I also adhered to the schoolʼs policies and guidelines and
have been appointed
by the head of the department as the quality assurance
auditor to oversee
the sustainable quality of education within the institution.
