The Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department carries its duties under the supervision of the Assistant Branch Director for Administrative and Financial Affairs as per the approved organizational Structure. The department duties include providing the necessary human resources for the branch, as well as, securing all aspects relating to these resources from planning, attracting, selecting, recruiting, promoting and providing various benefits in compliance with the regulations of the Arab Open University and in coordination with the headquarters. Furthermore, the department manages the compensation systems of salaries, incentives, insurances and employee benefits according to the internal system followed by AOU to manage salaries, bonuses, and allowance. The department's responsibility encompasses the supervision and follow-up of all the administrative affairs necessary to assure exemplary and professional performance by the employees of AOU.
