Bushra Hassan Al Hindi, a graduate of the year 2016, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Administrative Systems from the Arab Open University in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
A graduate, whose family and work circumstances did not discourage her from returning to study after a hiatus of more than ten years. Despite graduating from the Faculty of Health Sciences, and having obtained an Associate Diploma in Radiology Technician, the decision to join the Arab Open University came after her meeting with an employee of the Arab Gulf Program For Development (AGFUND) in one of the Arab Thought conferences, where he explained to her the university's methodology and the flexible attendance that provides the opportunity to study and work at the same time, and accordingly, Bushra joined the university. She was very active in the university activities as a student and as a member of the Student Council. She was able to achieve her dream and to graduate with Honours degree.
Bushra's ambition is still without limits. Since her graduation, she still pursues her quest to obtain professional certificates. She has achieved well-deserved success through her work in managing huge projects at the ministry level. In 2021, she launched her electronic platform for employee welfare through social media (@bushralhindi) believing that the employee's well-being at work is what leads him/her to productivity, creativity and a sense of satisfaction.
