Arab Open University – Bahrain welcomed its new students during AOU Bahrain Orientation Day, held today, Wednesday 23 September 2026, at the University Auditorium, as part of the university’s preparations for the new academic year 2026–2027.
The Orientation Day featured a variety of activities designed to introduce new students to the university, its academic environment, facilities, services, and student life, while helping them begin their university journey with confidence and enthusiasm.
The university’s student clubs also took part through dedicated booths, with students and staff available to introduce new students to the different clubs and help them choose the ones that best match their interests and preferences.
The event also featured the participation of several university partners. BBK (Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait) engaged students through interactive games, exclusive offers, and giveaways.
Ebdaa For Microfinance also participated by offering students special deals and interactive competitions, while THE ART HOTEL & RESORT provided exclusive offers for students, adding to the engaging and welcoming atmosphere of the event.
These contributions helped create a well-rounded experience for new students and introduced them to the opportunities, services, and exclusive offers available to them throughout their university journey.
