“Leadership Mosaics: Illustrated Leadership – Leadership Evaluation, Development & Growth," organized by the Training, Continuing Education & Community Service Department, on 9–10 February 2026.

The program was delivered by Professor Dr. Michael O'Malley, Lecturer at Yale School of Medicine and CEO of Leadership Mosaics, an internationally recognized leadership expert with over 25 years of experience in executive leadership development, organizational consulting, and training senior executives worldwide.

The Leadership Mosaics framework has been implemented globally for more than 25 years and has been used to train numerous CEOs and senior leaders across various sectors worldwide .

The workshop targeted academic and administrative staff and focused on enhancing leadership self-awareness, identifying leadership behaviors and traits, strengthening managerial and decision-making skills, and fostering team effectiveness and organizational culture.

The highly interactive two-day program incorporated visual tools, leadership cards, self-assessment instruments, and reflective group discussions, enabling participants to explore how they think, create, relate, and act as leaders within the four-element leadership model.

This initiative reflects the Arab Open University's commitment to institutional leadership excellence and its dedication to bringing world-class expertise to support sustainable leadership growth within the academic community.
