Under the Training, Continuous Education and Community Service, Dr. La'aleh Al-Aali presented a workshop “ Effective Career Development and Succession Planning" on 15th February 2023 , to HR professionals in the private sector as part of community engagement. The workshop aimed to apply innovative corporate career development initiatives and evaluate an effective succession planning program to close the developmental gaps in the organization. The workshop included participants from NASS GROUP, DHL, TALABAT.
