The successful candidate must have:
- A PhD in Cyber Security, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, EC-Council certifications (e.g., CEH), or equivalent industry certifications will be considered an advantage.
- A sequence of qualifications of Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD.
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant academic teaching experience at the university level.
- A demonstrated record of research and scholarly activities, including publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals and/or conferences.
- A strong record of effective teaching, with evidence of student engagement and successful learning outcomes.
- Experience in Open University or distance/blended learning environments will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication, teamwork, curriculum development, and academic leadership skills will be highly valued.
