​​The Department of Training, Continuing Education, and Community Service at the Arab Open University, in collaboration with INJAZ Bahrain, organized a workshop titled “The Career Journey: Lessons from Failures and Pivots", presented by Dr. Jaleel Hasan, with the participation of a group of students from various majors.

The workshop explored inspiring themes on how failures can become stepping stones toward success, the role of career pivots in creating new opportunities, and strategies for strengthening resilience and adaptability in one's professional journey. The speaker also shared real-life experiences and practical approaches that help students understand challenges and make informed decisions throughout their future careers.

This workshop reflects the university's ongoing efforts to provide high-quality developmental programs in partnership with leading institutions, aimed at supporting students, enhancing their readiness for the job market, and enabling them to build successful career paths.
