I have over 16 years of experience in customer service, office management, and training coordination. Currently, I work as the Office Manager and Training Coordinator at Al Mashreq Training in Bahrain. In my role, I handle everything from admissions and scheduling to trainer coordination, international exam compliance, and quality assurance. I also work with partners like Tamkeen and the Ministry of Labor to deliver important training programs for job seekers.
Before Al Mashreq, I spent 12 years at British Airways in different roles like team leader and town office supervisor, where I learned how to solve problems fast and keep customers happy.
Today, I’m studying for a bachelor’s degree in business at AOU Bahrain because I believe it’s the next step in my career. I want to grow my knowledge and move to a higher role, maybe in a university or a large organization where I can combine my real-world experience with business theories to make a bigger difference.
I dream of leading teams, making work better for everyone, and always improving the way things are done. My motivation is simple: I love learning new things and using that knowledge to help people and make my workplace better.
