1. Carefully review the examination instructions and guidelines on the university's website, notice boards inside the university campus and in the exam halls.

2. Make sure to be on campus at least
half hour before the exam starting time.

3. You are not allowed to enter the exam hall
15 minutes after the beginning of the exam, and in case of delay you must contact the Examination office.

4. You are not allowed to enter the examination hall without presenting the Student ID.

5. It is forbidden to leave the exam hall unless half the time specified for the exam has passed. | |
6. Bring your stationery and calculator (if needed) with you, as borrowing stationery items during exams is prohibited.

7. Books, notes related to the exams and dictionaries are not allowed inside the exam hall.

8. It is strictly forbidden to bring mobile phones and any kind of electronic devices into the examination hall , and it is also forbidden to keep them inside the bag or pocket, even if it is switched-off ; In the event of a violation of this clause , a report of cheating will be recorded for the student.

9. Ensure that you write accurate data on the answer booklet.

10. Sign in front of your name on the attendance sheet.
|
|
11. Any attempt of cheating or disturbance during the exam will be recorded and transferred to the disciplinary committees, which in turn will investigate the case, and where applicable, issue penalties ranging from failure in the course (student gets “F” grade) to dismissal from the university for one semester or more, according to the university’s rules and regulations

12. Hand over the answer booklet and questions paper to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall.

13. If you committed any violation in the exam hall, you shall be allowed to complete the exam, and then you have to visit the exam office after the exam is over to sign the minutes of the incident and write down his/her statement about it.

14. If you are unable to sit for the exam due to majeure circumstances, you must submit an official excuse on the SIS website justifying your absence within three days of the exam or you will receive a mark of (0). If your excuse is accepted by the Branch Examination Committee (BEC), you will be allowed to take a make-up exam in the next semester, and this exam will not be postponed again, regardless of the excuse.

15. Appeal period starts after the announcement of approved results, and lasts for one week.
