Yaqoub Yousef Al-Najem, a graduate of 2019, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Administrative Systems from the Arab Open University in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Yaqoub began his educational journey by studying aeronautical engineering and aircraft maintenance engineering, and he is currently working at the Gulf Aviation Academy. Joining the Arab Open University was not an easy decision, for fear of the clash between his shift work with other responsibilities, but he proved his worth in arranging his priorities; and he was able to finish his studies with an honored degree and achieved first place among the graduates of his batch. This was not the end of his great achievements and successes. Now, Yaqoub occupies an important position in which he supervises a number of engineers. He was able to successfully lead by providing a comfortable environment that motivates them to be creative and invent new ideas that contribute to the development and improvement of the work environment.
On the personal level, Yacoub now delivers training workshops and organizes events in the field of human development. He is a certified practitioner by the American IATC and MEDEX (British). During this period, Yacoub delivers many training workshops such as the Japanese experience workshop, the basics of presentation and demonstration, the journey of a thousand miles, and dealing with opportunities. His achievements during the last period included the delivering more than 100 training workshops that had a great impact on the attendees' scientific and practical lives. Yacoub's fame lies in the youth circles by presenting the KEYS leadership program for six consecutive years and graduating more than 300 students.
It is worth mentioning that Yaqoub represented the Kingdom of Bahrain as the head of the delegation at the Youth Meeting of Arab Capitals in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for the year 2014, as well as the head of the delegation in the International Program for Cultural Exchange - Japan for the year 2016.
Yaqoub believes in the importance of perseverance and not giving in to frustration and failure, and that each individual must strive, excel, and refine his personality to prove himself and achieve successes on the personal and career level.
