Faisal Al-Asfour: A 2010 graduate; A Senior Manager, holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Administrative Systems), Arab Open University, Kingdom of Bahrain.
Faisal joined the University as a 23-year old student, in the same period that he was appointed to the position of Assistant Manager of Training and Development. Since then he has faced various challenges during his studies at university, where he had to stand and prove to be a successful employee while trying to overcome the challenges of university life at the same time. However, thanks to the flexible education system (of blended learning) offered by Arab Open University, he was finally able to reconcile work and study, along with other circumstances of personal life.
Faisal has reaped the fruits of his efforts, as he now holds a master's degree in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University, UK. He, also, is appointed to the position of Senior Manager of the Education and Development Division at YOUSIF KHALIL ALMOAYYED & SONS CO.
