The Arab Open University Organizes a Training Workshop on Artificial Intelligence as Part of the Summer Camp Initiative
As part of the activities of the Summer Camp Initiative organized by the Department of Training, Continuing Education, and Community Service, the Arab Open University – Bahrain held a specialized training workshop titled "Artificial Intelligence (AI)" from July 29 to 31, 2025, between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
The workshop, organized by Dr. Hassan Razzaqi, aims to provide participants with foundational knowledge about AI concepts and practical applications, and discuss the impact of this technology on the future of industries and society.
The workshop covered three main themes: Introducing different types of artificial intelligence; showcasing its most prominent real-world applications and the challenges they face; encouraging critical thinking among participants about AI's future role and its potential impact on various aspects of life.
This workshop aligns with the university's commitment to supporting experiential learning and enhancing technical skills among students and the community, contributing to the preparation of a generation capable of keeping pace with labor market demands and rapid technological advancements.
