Arab Open University Hosts Awareness Event on Multiple Sclerosis in Collaboration with Government Hospitals
The Arab Open University (AOU) organized an awareness event on Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in collaboration with several government hospitals, as part of its ongoing commitment to community partnership and health education.

The initiative aimed to enhance health awareness among university members and support public health campaigns across the wider community. The event featured a series of informative lectures delivered by specialists from the participating hospitals, covering the key symptoms of MS, methods of diagnosis, available treatments, and the critical role of psychological and social support for patients.

In addition to the lectures, attendees received educational brochures, and a dedicated exhibition was held to provide further information about the disease and the range of healthcare services available to MS patients.
Dr. Najma Taqi, President of the Arab Open University, expressed her gratitude and appreciation to the participating government hospitals for their support and effective collaboration. She emphasized the university's dedication to hosting more awareness events that benefit society and contribute to raising health literacy.
