The Arab Open University received an honor from His Excellency Mr. Ali bin Abdul Hussain Al Asfoor, Governor of the Northern Governorate, during a ceremony honoring the supporting and cooperating entities in the National Day activities held last December.

The Governor praised the prominent role played by the University in supporting and organizing activities that embodied the authentic Bahraini identity, and contributed to strengthening national belonging and consolidating the values of citizenship among various segments of society.

He also commended the University's commitment to actively participating in national initiatives that are in line with the national plan "Our Bahrain", which aims to preserve the Bahraini identity and enhance the values of belonging and citizenship.

In turn, the University's administration expressed its thanks and gratitude to the Northern Governorate for this honor, stressing its keenness to continue cooperating with various entities to enhance national values and participate in community initiatives that serve the Kingdom and its people.
