    ​Job Requirements:

    • Must hold a Diploma in Office Administration or a bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences.
    • Minimum of two years of practical experience in administrative, clerical, secretarial, or office work.
    • Effective communication skills, tact, and diplomacy.
    • Ability to handle difficult situations and work under pressure.
    • Proficiency in typing letters, reports, and minutes, and entering data in both Arabic and English.
    • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to coordinate and cooperate effectively with other departments and entities.
    • Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office programs.
    • Competence in filing and retrieving data.
    • Strong time management skills.
    • Ability to prepare accurate reports.
    • Commitment to honesty and confidentiality.
