حصل الدكتور خالد منصور على درجة الدكتوراه في علم الحاسوب من جامعة سوينبيرن للتكنولوجيا، أستراليا، عام 2014. وهو حاليًا أستاذ مشارك في علم الحاسوب في الجامعة العربية المفتوحة، البحرين. تشمل اهتماماته البحثية التعلم الآلي وأمن المعلومات والأنظمة متعددة الوكلاء.
