The Arab Open University - Kingdom of Bahrain announces a vacancy for the following position:

Head / Human resources Department

Job requirements

Candidates must have

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.

-CIPD certification or a similar professional HR qualification is highly preferred.

-Good familiarity with the Bahraini Labour Law and related regulatory frameworks.

-Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably within higher education institutions.

-Strong interpersonal, communication, reporting, and employee management skills.
