About the Department 


 

The Admission, Registration, and Examination Department specializes in helping students with the administrative procedures, starting from applying in the university to graduation.

Specializations & responsibilities of the Admission, Registration, & Examination Department:

  • Managing the Admission, Registration, & Examination procedures in the university's branch.
  • Receiving applications and announcing admission results.
  • Organizing and assigning courses according to each program.
  • Recording students' grades and issuing transcripts.
  • Cancel the students' registration in the semester upon their request and according to the regulations.
  • Receiving requests of changing majors.
  • Receiving course equivalence requests and forwarding them to the authorization in charge.
  • Issuing students ID cards and letters of acceptance.
  • Following up with students with low GPAs and organizing with Academic Advisors to give the students the needed advice.
  • Supervising the preparation of examinations and organizing them in the university's branch.
